    Gingham check Striped Sheeting
    This apron vest is made from a plain weave sheeting fabric, using 20s cotton yarn for the warp and 20s cotton-linen blend yarn for the weft. While it truly resembles an apron, it's neither a dress nor an all-in-one, but an intermediate item that broadens the possibilities for daily outfits.
    The wrinkled texture of the plain cotton fabric on the shoulder straps (a different fabric from the main body) and the appearance of the back when worn create a very charming atmosphere.
    Although it's subtle, the front armholes utilize a facing, and there's a large pocket on the inside. This is useful for carrying everyday small items.
    Since it's only fastened with buttons under the arms, it's designed to be easy to put on and take off.
    The main fabric has the rough texture characteristic of sheeting, and while not particularly high quality, it offers an "authentic" feel. It has been starched after production, giving it a crisp feel. There's little surface pilling, and it has a natural texture with a slight crispness to the touch.
    It has been tumble-dried at a higher temperature than usual, so the weave is tighter and the texture is enhanced, resulting in a darker shade of color compared to regular fabrics.
    *Starch processing is like a permanent stiffening treatment. It softens with wear, but the stiffness can be restored by tumble-drying again.
