◯Available Payment Methods
・Credit Card (Shopify Payments)
Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB are accepted.
・ PayPal
Available for those with a PayPal account.
Please select PayPal on the checkout screen.
・Google Pay
You can pay smoothly with the payment information registered in your Google account.
・Shop Pay
You can check out quickly using your previous order information.
Bank Transfer
After your order is confirmed, the bank account details will be displayed. Please complete the payment process according to the instructions.
We will begin the shipping process after confirming your payment. Please note that if payment is not completed, we cannot ship on your specified date.
*Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
*If payment is not made within 7 days of the order, your order may be canceled.

◯International Shipping (EMS)
Shipping fees for international orders differ. After your order is confirmed, we will send you an estimate. Payment will be processed separately after you confirm and approve the estimate.
Shipment will proceed after payment is completed.
◯Shipping Methods
We will select one of the following shipping methods depending on the product type, size, and destination.
・Courier Service (Sagawa Express / Yu-Pack)
Used for general product deliveries. The carrier will be determined by us. Customer preferences cannot be accommodated.
・LetterPack Light
For eligible items only. Delivered by post to your mailbox.
・Smart Letter
For eligible items only. Delivered by post to your mailbox.
・Large Furniture Delivery (Art Setting Delivery)
Applicable to some large furniture and interior items. We will contact you separately with details regarding delivery dates and times.
・EMS (International Speed Mail) *Overseas only
International orders are shipped via EMS. Shipping fees vary by destination and item weight, and will be quoted individually.
Estimated standard EMS delivery days:
- Asia: 5-7 business days
- North America/Europe: 5-10 business days
- Other regions: 7-14 business days
*Delays may occur due to customs procedures, etc.
・About Shipping
・Domestic: Shipped within approximately 3-7 business days after order confirmation.
・International: Shipped within approximately 3-7 business days after estimate approval.
・Shipment may be delayed during New Year holidays and long holiday periods.
・After shipment, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
◯About Gift Wrapping
If you would like gift wrapping, please add the desired quantity to your cart on the dedicated gift wrapping product page.

◯Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within **7 days of product arrival**. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged area.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons such as the product not matching your expectations, not fitting in your room, or ordering errors.
In the unlikely event of any inconvenience, defect, or damage to the product, we will respond promptly and sincerely. Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged area of the product (and the shipping box if it was damaged during delivery). Additionally, please keep all packaging materials, including the outer box and inner cushioning, that came with the product upon arrival.
*If a return occurs after shipment due to customer convenience, you may be charged an administrative fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) as a return/cancellation fee, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount, and round-trip shipping costs. For cash-on-delivery, the cash-on-delivery fee will also be borne by the customer.
About Cancellations
Cancellations after we send an order confirmation email are generally not accepted. Before completing your order, please be sure to check the product, quantity, color, size, etc.
*If an order is canceled after payment confirmation due to customer convenience, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount may be charged.

We ship worldwide via EMS (International Express Mail).
