    Alternative Artefacts Danto is a brand exploring the potential of tiles through design, born from Danto, a long-established tile manufacturer on Awaji Island since 1885. Under the creative direction of TERUHIRO YANAGIHARA STUDIO, this project seeks to uncover the possibilities of tiles as a material, free from conventional forms and uses. We invite world-renowned architects, designers, and artists to Japan as collaborators, working on tile production from new perspectives.
