    "pattern" is a collection of yumiko iihoshi porcelain, crafted to incorporate modernity and suit diverse contemporary dining tables, while drawing inspiration from traditional Japanese tableware shapes and styles. Just like creating clothing, each piece of tableware is developed using individual patterns (pattern papers), and then meticulously considered and named with an alphabet (A, B, C...) for each shape, resulting in a carefully selected collection of 8 forms. Each piece can be enjoyed individually, or by combining multiple shapes, they can freely enhance various occasions, from a casual everyday tea time to a special dining scene with a large group. Furthermore, not only can they be combined, but simply changing their orientation (vertical or horizontal) or placement on the table can significantly alter their use and impression.
