    "pattern" by yumiko iihoshi porcelain, a collection of tableware that blends modern aesthetics with traditional Japanese forms and styles, designed to suit a variety of contemporary dining settings.

    Just as in clothing production, each piece of tableware was created using individual patterns (pattern papers). The shapes were given alphabetical names (A, B, C...) and underwent extensive review, resulting in a meticulously selected collection of eight forms.

    Each piece can, of course, be used individually, but by combining multiple shapes, they can freely enhance everything from casual daily tea times to special dining occasions with large groups. Moreover, not just combining them, but simply changing their orientation from vertical to horizontal, or altering their placement, can significantly change their use and impression on the table. Thus, these pieces offer diverse enjoyment and possibilities from a single item of tableware.
