    "pattern" is a line of tableware by yumiko iihoshi porcelain, created with a modern aesthetic to suit diverse contemporary dining tables, while drawing inspiration from the shapes and styles of traditional Japanese tableware.

    Just as patterns are prepared one by one when making clothes, each tableware shape was given an alphabetical name, A, B, C..., and carefully considered, resulting in eight meticulously selected forms.

    Each piece can be enjoyed individually, but by combining multiple shapes, they can freely enhance any occasion, from a casual everyday tea time to a special dining scene with a large number of guests. Moreover, not only can the pieces be combined, but simply changing their orientation from vertical to horizontal, or altering their placement, can significantly change their use and impression on the table, making each piece a vessel that offers diverse enjoyment and possibilities.
