    An ashtray born from the collaboration between Marutomi (Marutomi Lacquerware) in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, and Italian architect Massimo Morozzi from Florence.
    Each ashtray is named after an Italian island and features a unique design that makes it look like a volcano when cigarette smoke rises from it. Because vivid colors are used, it can be widely used not only as an ashtray but also as a clip holder, a desktop tray, or an accent color for interiors in modern life.
    As these are now discontinued products, only dead stock inventory remains.



    Massimo Morozzi
    A designer born in Florence in 1941. He graduated in architecture in 1967. After working as a member of Archizoom with Andrea Branzi and others until 1972, he served as a coordinator for the Montifibre Design Center, which aimed to develop textile products for interiors. During this time, he mainly engaged in the design of industrial furniture and objects, including opening an independent studio in 1982. He is active in functional innovation and remarkably distinctive design.
