This stool was designed in 2006 by Italian designer Martino Gamper. It originally came about as part of a regeneration project for an annual event held at Arnold Circus, in the heart of Shoreditch, East London.
Made from polyethylene plastic using a rotational molding process, the stool is used as the official stool for year-round events held at Arnold Circus, including picnics, brass band concerts, and board game tournaments. The stackable stool is lightweight and easy to carry. It can also be flipped over and used as a waste bin, storage container, umbrella stand, or for various other purposes depending on your ideas.

This is a special edition in an ataW exclusive color.

    Martino Gamper

Born in Merano, northern Italy, in 1971. A London-based designer who works across the boundaries of art and design, engaged in various projects ranging from exhibition design and interior design to cutting-edge furniture production and one-of-a-kind product design. His project "A 100 Chairs in 100 Days," unveiled in London in 2007, which involved creating 100 chairs in 100 days, garnered significant attention. He collected discarded chairs from London alleyways and friends' homes, reassembled them, and created 100 poetic and humorous chairs, one per day, over 100 days. The project subsequently toured worldwide. His humorous designs, based on artistic ideas and integrating art and function, are highly acclaimed globally.
