    The Tip pedal bin, a product from German company AUTHENTICS, was designed by Konstantin Grcic in 2003. It re-engineers the common pedal bin mechanism by stripping away all but the essentials, leaving only a steel rod for the pedal and rubber hinges, resulting in a very simple structure. Designed so that the garbage bag is not visible from the outside, it is an excellent product with a perfect appearance and size for various spaces.

    Born in Munich, Germany in 1965. Graduated from the Royal College of Art (RCA) in London in 1990. After working at Jasper Morrison's office, he established "Konstantin Grcic Industrial Design" in 1991. His work is known for its logical thinking, purity of materials, and respect for the production process. His clients include Cappellini, Flos, Iittala, Magis, MUJI, and many others.
