Tohmas uses this craftsmanship to create free-form objects, aiming to express the roughness of the cut surfaces and the unique characteristics of each piece of wood.
THOMAS ROGER
A design studio founded by Thomas Roger in 2022.
Based in Mulhouse, Alsace. Specializing in woodworking, the studio creates handmade objects using various traditional manufacturing techniques. Shapes and collections are designed based on the object's intended use, the type of wood used, and the assembly method.
The studio builds delicate craftsmanship, enhances the relationship with everyday objects, and pursues responsible design, creating highly artistic works that also possess functionality.
