・As each item is handmade, there may be slight individual differences in shape and size, as well as visible air bubbles or minor imperfections. We ask for your understanding in advance.
・In addition to wheel-throwing, we use a slip-casting method, so you may see injection marks or mold lines on the bottom or sides of the pieces. Furthermore, some pieces may have cracks, small chips, or glaze peeling that occur during the production process. These are intentionally left as characteristics of Mr. Iwata's work, so please enjoy each piece as having its own unique personality.

Free shipping on orders totaling 22,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For bank transfer and credit card payments, orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays) after payment confirmation.
Please note that there may be delays depending on stock availability, in which case we will contact you separately. Please understand in advance that you cannot choose the shipping carrier as we have contracts in place and will make the selection.

Eligible items will be gift wrapped to fit your purchase and delivered to you.
You can choose from two types of wrapping paper, and a simple white paper bag will be provided.

* If you have multiple items in your order, they will be wrapped together as one package.
