Square Bowl - L [White]
*Please note that there is a purchase limit of 8 items per person for works by Tetsuhiro Iwata.
This is a square bowl by Tetsuhiro Iwata, a ceramic artist based in Tokyo.
It is made from an artificial semi-porcelain combining porcelain clay and earthenware clay, finished with a glossy clear glaze that does not craze. Despite its grayish white color and robust, industrial appearance, the traces of the artist's hand, a result of analog techniques, prevent it from feeling cold.
This small bowl has a plump, rounded bottom and a square rim. It can be used not only for meals but also as a container for small items in the bathroom or on a desk. Its appearance when stacked is also charming.
