・In addition to using a potter's wheel, we also employ slip casting, so you may find injection marks or mold lines on the bottom or sides of the pieces. Furthermore, some pieces may show cracks, small chips, or glaze imperfections that occur during the production process. These are intentionally left by Mr. Iwata as characteristics of his work, so please enjoy them as part of each piece's unique personality.
・Each item is handmade, so there may be slight individual differences in shape and size.

For bank transfer and credit card payments, orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays) after payment confirmation.

Eligible items will be gift wrapped to fit your purchase and delivered to you.
You can choose from two types of wrapping paper, and a simple white paper bag will be provided.

* If you have multiple items in your order, they will be wrapped together as one package.
