・Please refrain from using the microwave or dishwasher.
・As each item is handmade, there may be slight individual differences in shape and size, and you may notice bubbles or marks that resemble scratches. We ask for your understanding in advance.
・In addition to wheel-forming, we also use a slip-casting method, so you may see injection marks or mold lines on the bottom or sides of the pieces. Mr. Iwata intentionally leaves these as a characteristic of his work, so please enjoy them as part of the unique personality of each piece.

Standard shipping

Free shipping on orders totaling 22,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For bank transfer and credit card payments, orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays) after payment confirmation.
Please note that there may be delays depending on stock availability, in which case we will contact you separately. Please understand in advance that you cannot choose the shipping carrier as we have contracts in place and will make the selection.

Eligible items will be gift wrapped to fit your purchase and delivered to you.
You can choose from two types of wrapping paper, and a simple white paper bag will be provided.

If you would like gift wrapping, please add the desired quantity to your cart from here.
* Items without boxes will be wrapped with cushioning material before gift wrapping.
* If you have multiple items in your order, they will be wrapped together as one package.
