    This mirror stand was designed in 1997 through a collaboration between Marutomi (Marutomi Shikki) of Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, and Marco Zanini, a master of Italian design who also served as the right-hand man to Ettore Sottsass.
    Its unique texture, made possible by resin and urethane coating, and its pop colors give it an artistic presence, making it a great accent for any room.

    Marco Zanini
    From 1977, he worked as an assistant to Ettore Sottsass in Milan. In 1981, he became one of the co-founders of Memphis, designing a wide range of collection pieces including ceramics, jewelry, furniture, and blown glass objects. He later established Sottsass Associati with Sottsass, serving as a design manager for a wide range of clients in Italy and abroad, working on office furniture and residential interiors for famous brands, showroom interiors, exhibition designs, street furniture, and industrial products.
