    A spoon made of resin material and finished with lacquer. Compared to stainless steel types, this lacquer-finished spoon is very lightweight and can be used without hesitation in daily life. It is also recommended as a spoon for children. Each spoon is carefully handmade by artisans in Fukui Prefecture.

    The first installment, FLATWARE COLECTION 2023, was created through the collaboration of various carefully selected Japanese craftspeople and Swiss industrial designer Carlo Clopath. It is a collection that flexibly accommodates the diverse modern Japanese diet.

    Carlo Clopath (born 1986) is a Swiss industrial designer.
    After studying industrial design at ECAL/University of Art and Design in Lausanne, he worked at Cecilie Manz' Office in Denmark from 2012. In 2013, he participated in an artist residency at the Statens Værksteder for Kunst in Copenhagen. He then established his own studio in a Swiss alpine village, where he is currently active. He has presented numerous projects primarily with artisans, producers, and research institutions in Europe and Japan.
