    The finish is a pear-skin-like texture called "Kanshitsu coating" (lacquer is not used). While the initial color lineup featured different colors for the outer and inner parts, this time, both the outer and inner parts are the same color, making STAND's original appearance and contours stand out more clearly.

    "STAND," composed of two forms, inner and outer, is a multi-purpose storage container that can be used on desks or in bathrooms. The outer part has a large opening to store large items and a simple shape with an inclined cut for easy access. The inner part is convenient for storing long, narrow items, and when placed inside the outer part, it can serve as a divider to organize various types of tools.     Oy is a label founded by Akiko Ooue, who established Oue, a label focusing on jewelry in Osaka after graduating from a Dutch university, and Ryohei Yoshiyuki, who is active in Japan after participating in projects with droog design and Arnout Visser. Through Japanese craftsmen, they focus on the materials themselves and the processes involved to design accessories, furniture, and products.
