A deep-rimmed plate by potter Takuya Yamamoto, who works in Kashiwara City, Osaka Prefecture.
It has a glossy texture like enamel and is an off-white vessel, not just plain white.
It is made using a technique called "katauchi," which involves a potter's wheel and plaster molds.
