Store Operations Staff Wanted (Full-time)

ataW is looking to hire one full-time store operations staff member.

Our business consists of three main pillars:
Our own brands (SEKISAKA/SARO), OEM business, and the operation of our directly managed store, "ataW."

The store (ataW) and the company are located in the same building. While there are basic divisions of labor, the company is small, so responsibilities are diverse.
Therefore, we welcome individuals who can adapt flexibly to various situations.

We are currently looking for a store operations staff member for ataW.
You will be responsible for operating a select shop that handles our own products as well as products carefully selected from Japan and overseas.

Full-time employee (with a 6-month probationary period)

> Job Responsibilities

・In-store operations, customer service
・Planning and operating special exhibitions
・EC site operation, management, and shipping
・Store display
・Photography
・Phone and email correspondence
・Administrative tasks
・Cleaning and other general store operations

Basic computer skills, including Excel and email, are essential.
You will be involved in a wide range of tasks related to shop operation.

> Working Hours

10:00 - 19:00 (8 hours actual work / 1 hour break)
Closed: Wednesdays and Thursdays (open on public holidays)

Determined based on professional background, experience, and abilities.

> Application Requirements

・Individuals who resonate with the philosophy and activities of SEKISAKA, SARO, and ataW

・Able to work on weekends and public holidays
・Interested in design, art, photography, etc.
・Diligent and proactive
・Preferential treatment for those with experience in select shops or apparel sales
・Valid ordinary driver's license (driving is necessary in this environment)
・At least 2 years of work experience (industry not specified)

※We are currently looking for individuals who can hit the ground running. We welcome those with basic business experience as a working professional who can think and act independently.

Sekisaka Co., Ltd., the operating company including ataW, is still a small organization in development. We welcome individuals who can think and act proactively rather than waiting for instructions.
