The ultra-high density weave gives it a fine, crisp fabric feel, creating a polished look, while also offering the gentle touch unique to cotton.
It is made from an ultra-high-density typewriter fabric that uses a special highly elastic double-layered yarn, with cotton on the outside and polyester for the core. This hybrid functional material is wrinkle-resistant despite being cotton, and also boasts quick-drying and absorbent properties.
While this fabric is ideal and wonderful in terms of its natural texture and functionality, weaving this special double-layered fabric at high density is technically quite challenging. As a result, some manufacturing wrinkles that cannot be removed by ironing and stray colored threads may be present.
