The ultra-high density weave gives it a refined, crisp feel, yet it also retains the gentle touch of cotton.
It is made from an ultra-high density typewriter fabric that uses a special highly elastic composite yarn, with cotton on the outside and a polyester core. This hybrid functional material is wrinkle-resistant despite being cotton, and also boasts quick-drying and absorbent properties.
While this special composite yarn fabric is ideal and wonderful in terms of its natural texture and functionality, weaving it at such a high density is technically quite challenging. As a result, some manufacturing creases that cannot be removed by ironing, as well as occasional stray colored threads, may be present.
