    MEGANEROCK is produced carefully one by one by Mr. Amada of MEGANEROCK, from design to manufacturing, with almost all processes done at his workshop in Sabae City, Fukui Prefecture, a well-known production area for eyeglasses.
    Although it looks almost black, it is dark green. It is a subtle shade of fabric that, depending on the natural light and angle, has a hint of sophisticated green. (Third image from top)

     

    This is "VECTOR," a new line that uses acetate material instead of the previous celluloid material.
    Its appeal lies in its excellent color development and transparency, which are different from celluloid. Above all, since there is an infinite variety of colors and patterns that celluloid does not have, it is possible to create an expression that is completely different from celluloid.
    While "shooting" is the mainstream method for temple processing, MEGANEROCK uses a rare processing method called "core stretching," which requires more time and effort. The core inserted inside is also shaped like an arrow, which is MEGANEROCK's logo, showing attention to detail. The nose pads with klinges fit well and are less likely to slip, so you won't feel tired even after wearing them for a long time.
