    A long-handled soup spoon. The surface has an enamel coating, which is smoother to the touch than stainless steel. The part that goes into the mouth is also smaller.
    This versatile soup spoon can be used not only for meals but also as a dessert spoon, tea spoon, or serving spoon. Its simple and rounded shape, like a softly bent single plate, features a gentle curve all the way to the end of the handle, making it a functional and practical design even for its original use as a soup spoon.

    The first FLATWARE COLLECTION 2023 was born from a collaboration between carefully selected Japanese craftsmen from various fields and Swiss industrial designer Carlo Clopath. It is a collection that flexibly and widely adapts to contemporary Japanese dining habits.

    Swiss industrial designer, Carlo Clopath (born 1986).
    After studying industrial design at ECAL/University of Art and Design in Lausanne, he joined Cecilie Manz' Office in Denmark in 2012. In 2013, he participated in an artist-in-residence program at the Statens Værksteder for Kunst, an art workshop in Copenhagen. He then established his own studio in a Swiss alpine village and has been active there ever since. He has published many projects, primarily with craftsmen, producers, and research institutions in Europe and Japan.
