Shipping Policy
Orders totaling 22,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.
For bank transfer and credit card payments, orders will be shipped within 5 business days (excluding Wednesdays and Thursdays) after payment confirmation.
Please note that there may be delays due to order volume or stock availability, in which case we will contact you separately. Please understand that the choice of shipping carrier is at our discretion and cannot be specified by the customer.

Items marked as "Smart Letter Eligible" will be shipped via Smart Letter for a flat rate of 210 yen nationwide.

>Furniture Delivery
Shipping fees apply for large furniture deliveries. (Free shipping is not applicable.) We will contact you with shipping fees and delivery times after your order. Depending on the delivery region and furniture size, delivery may take some time. During peak seasons, it may take 10 days to 2 weeks, in which case we will notify you promptly.
*If you would like to know the delivery time before ordering, please contact us via the inquiry form, stating the product name, color, size, quantity, and delivery address, and we will inform you of the delivery time via email.
>Packaging
We reuse used cardboard boxes, cushioning materials, and old newspapers as packing materials. If you prefer new cardboard boxes or cushioning materials, please feel free to let us know in the remarks section.
>Specifying Delivery Date
You can specify a delivery date 5 business days or more after your order date. However, please note that if payment confirmation is delayed due to Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or traffic conditions, we may not be able to deliver on your specified date and time. Basically, we will ship as soon as possible. If you have any other requests, please feel free to write them in the remarks section. We will do our best to accommodate them.
You can choose from the following delivery time slots:
Morning / 12:00-14:00 / 14:00-16:00 / 16:00-18:00 / 18:00-20:00 / 19:00-21:00
*If you wish for the earliest possible delivery, please select "No preference" for the desired delivery date and time displayed during checkout.
*For 19:00-21:00, it will be 19:00-21:00 with Sagawa Express and 20:00-21:00 with Yu-Pack.
*Please note that if the delivery address is a company rather than a residence, time specification may be invalid.
