These terms and conditions govern the use of services provided by ataW (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") through its online shop (ata-w.jp). By making a purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 (Scope of Application)
These terms and conditions apply to all customers using our online shop. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
Article 3 (Membership Registration and Account)
Customers are responsible for managing their own accounts.
Transferring or lending your account to a third party is prohibited.
If registration with false information is discovered, the account may be suspended without prior notice.
Article 4 (Product Purchase)
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day via the online shop.
After your order is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order details.
Orders may be refused due to inventory status or other reasons. In such cases, we will contact you promptly.
Parental consent is required for minors to use the service.
Article 5 (Price and Payment)
All product prices include tax.
Shipping fees may apply separately.
The available payment methods are as follows:

Bank Transfer
For bank transfers, we will begin shipping procedures after confirming payment. Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.
Customers cannot change the order amount after it has been confirmed.
Article 6 (Shipping)
For domestic shipping, we aim to dispatch within 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
For international shipping, we use EMS, and shipping costs will be estimated individually after your order. Shipping will commence after your confirmation and approval of the estimate.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, customs procedures, etc.
The shipping carrier will be designated by the Store. Customers cannot specify a shipping carrier.
Article 7 (Returns and Exchanges)
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival. We will respond after confirming with photos, etc.
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped overseas.
Article 8 (Cancellations)
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, such as the product not matching your expectations, not fitting in your room, or ordering mistakes.
In the unlikely event of a product defect, malfunction, or damage, we will respond with sincerity. Please contact us within 3 days of product arrival.
If a product is returned due to customer convenience after shipping has been completed, you may be responsible for an administrative fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) as a return/cancellation fee, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount, and round-trip shipping costs.
Article 9 (Prohibited Actions)
The following actions are prohibited:
Ordering with false information
Purchasing for commercial or resale purposes
Unauthorized access to or interference with our services
Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Store
Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights to text, images, designs, and other content displayed on our online shop belong to the Store or a third party with legitimate rights. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, modification, etc., are prohibited.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
The Store provides the most accurate information possible regarding product quality and performance, but results may differ from customer expectations depending on the environment and intended use.
The Store shall not be liable for damages caused by natural disasters, system failures, or other reasons not attributable to the Store.
The Store assumes no responsibility whatsoever for services on external links from our website.
Article 12 (Handling of Personal Information)
Customer personal information will be managed appropriately based on our privacy policy. It will not be used for purposes other than order processing, shipping, and inquiry handling.
Article 13 (Changes to Terms and Conditions)
The Store may change these terms and conditions as necessary. The revised terms and conditions will take effect when posted on the online shop. In case of significant changes, an announcement will be made on the website.
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms and conditions shall be governed by Japanese law. For any disputes arising between the Store and the customer, the court having jurisdiction over the Store's location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
