Born in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture in 1981. After graduating from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Arts, Kyoto Seika University in 2004, he worked at an interior shop. In 2014, he joined the Tochigi Prefectural Ceramic Technology Center. From 2016, he apprenticed under Kan Ito in Okayama Prefecture.
